About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own end-to-end delivery of customer projects, from initial scoping to final implementation
- Collaborate with technical teams and customers to design innovative AI solutions
- Manage project development and ensure a delivery approach that maximises customer value
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
- Identify new commercial opportunities and contribute to new business pitches and proposals
- Develop and mentor peers
- Take a proactive role in building good processes and practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in professional services, ideally from a consulting, technology, or data background
- Full responsibility for successful project delivery from initial scoping to end-user adoption
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing senior stakeholders
- Comfortable working with technical teams
- Experience delivering technical projects, ideally in AI
- Practical problem-solving ability, including proactively implementing solutions
- Must address visa sponsorship requirements to work in the UK
- Must provide a CV
