About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own end-to-end delivery of customer projects from initial scoping to final implementation
- Collaborate with technical teams and customers to design innovative AI solutions
- Manage project development and delivery approach to maximise customer value
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships as the primary project contact

Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in 0-1 AI/Digital transformation projects in the retail and consumer sector
- Preference for consulting services or CPG background
- Experience owning delivery from initial scoping to end-user adoption
- Current client-facing experience
- Ability to navigate ambiguous situations, complex technical information and unexpected challenges
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with technical teams and delivering technical projects
- Ability to balance vision and pragmatism
- Practical problem-solving skills
- UK work eligibility or visa sponsorship requirements must be addressed
