About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and lead Faculty’s Professional Services practice
- Shape the go-to-market strategy
- Build enduring relationships with senior stakeholders and lead ambitious AI transformation programmes
- Lead complex AI transformation programmes for major professional services firms from strategic thinking through production-grade software delivery
- Advise C-suite leaders and partners on using AI to automate knowledge work and drive operational efficiency
- Shape commercial pitches and demos to generate growth and showcase technical depth
- Develop differentiated propositions and points of view through thought leadership, media engagement, and industry forums
- Guide multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality client work
- Lead cross-functional teams of delivery experts, engineers, and data scientists
Requirements
What you’ll need- Broad expertise advising across AI for a range of professional services firms, with deep experience in at least one sector
- Particularly interested in candidates who have delivered AI in Finance/CFO/Treasury functions
- Deep knowledge of the professional services landscape, gained inside a professional services or BPO organisation, or as a consultant advising those sectors
- Experience leading complex transformation programmes involving organisational change and technology delivery in IT managed services, Finance, HR operations, legal services, or other B2B functions
- Proven track record of shaping opportunities, winning work, and owning meaningful revenue responsibility
- Ability to build trust quickly with senior stakeholders
- Ability to explain complex AI technologies to non-technical audiences
- Leadership mindset balancing executive-level strategy with a hands-on approach to unblocking teams, challenging work constructively, and maintaining high quality
