About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and grow Faculty’s presence in the banking sector
- Shape the go-to-market strategy
- Build enduring relationships with senior banking stakeholders
- Lead complex AI transformation programmes for major banking clients from strategy formation through AI software delivery
- Advise C-suite banking leaders on using AI to drive revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, strengthen risk management, and deepen customer loyalty
- Generate sales and revenue by shaping software design, commercial pitches, and demos
- Elevate Faculty’s industry profile through media and industry forums
- Articulate differentiated banking propositions and points of view
- Guide multidisciplinary teams delivering a portfolio of client work

Requirements
What you’ll need- Deep knowledge of banking, preferably corporate and business banking
- Passion for applying AI to improve banking customer outcomes
- Well-developed point of view on banks’ AI adoption and AI’s industry impact
- Experience leading large, complex transformation programmes, ideally involving organisational change with data, technology, or AI, for a bank or as a consultant
- Commercially minded, with experience shaping opportunities, winning work, growing accounts, and owning meaningful revenue responsibility
- Compelling communication skills and ability to build trust with senior stakeholders
- Ability to explain complex technologies clearly
- Ability to work across executive-level strategy and delivery-level execution
- Experience leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams
- Relevant academic or professional grounding in finance, economics, or a related field
- Must answer whether UK visa sponsorship is required now or in the future
