About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Set the technical direction for complex, business-critical projects

Requirements
What you’ll need- Depth of expertise in at least one machine learning domain
- Strong technical breadth across the entire data science landscape
- Skilled technical leadership, including mentoring individuals and managing teams, including other managers
- Proven project management expertise
- Ability to divide complex, ill-defined problems into actionable workstreams with defensible timelines
- Ability to manage ill-defined, high-risk tasks and deliver innovative, practical outcomes under commercial pressure
- Strong customer leadership skills and ability to act as a trusted technical advisor
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Commercial (BD), and Infrastructure teams
- Experience extending technical oversight to business unit-level initiatives
