Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Deep expertise across the application lifecycle
  • Experience designing large-scale, complex software ecosystems
  • Ability to justify critical architectural trade-offs in high-stakes environments
  • Experience defining production-readiness standards and application deployment protocols
  • Ability to translate commercial strategy into technical roadmaps and estimate AI workstreams
  • Experience architecting products leveraging autonomous AI agents
  • Ability to communicate technical roadmaps and architectural risks to commercial partners and executive leadership
  • Experience managing and coaching a distributed engineering team
  • Eligibility for UK Security Clearance (SC), requiring continuous residence in the UK for the past 5 years
  • Willingness to work on site with government clients from time to time
  • Right to work in the UK or appropriate visa status
