About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage individual work streams supporting the delivery and implementation of bespoke AI solutions
- Work with life sciences stakeholders to understand critical mission challenges and user needs
- Conduct open-source analysis supporting the development of AI tools
- Translate complex operational requirements into clear user stories for delivery and engineering teams
- Design and test workflows supporting user-centric decision-making in high-stakes environments
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure projects run smoothly and solutions meet customer needs
- Contribute to internal thought leadership, strategy, and capability development
- Build trusted client relationships, analyse requirements and feedback, monitor workflows, and help optimise bespoke AI solutions for real-world operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Prior consulting experience delivering technical transformation projects
- Experience working in a Life Sciences company or with Life Sciences clients
- Experience working alongside Data Science, Machine Learning, or Software Engineering experts to scope, design, and deploy solutions
- Analytical thinking and ability to clearly communicate and synthesise complex information
- External client-facing experience and trusted relationship-building experience
- Understanding of Agile methodologies, iterative development, and continuous delivery
- Proactive approach to ambiguous situations and willingness to take initiative and own solutions to challenges
- Ability to work in the UK; application asks whether visa sponsorship is required
