About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee delivery of an end-to-end portfolio of projects, ensuring quality, timely completion, and commercial margins
Build and maintain trusted customer relationships, proactively managing expectations and project scope
Lead project meetings and ensure clear communication of purpose and direction
Identify risks early and lead mitigating actions
Develop proposals and sales pitches to generate leads and grow accounts
Mentor and develop project team members
Advise clients on AI strategy and solutions and articulate AI value in diverse business contexts
Act as the primary senior contact for clients and internal Faculty teams
Contribute to Professional and Financial Services business-unit growth through applied AI consulting

Requirements

What you’ll need

Successful experience in technology delivery, ideally from a consulting, technology, or data-specific background
Ability to build and maintain customer trust and translate between technical detail and core business challenges
Structured, analytical, and technical problem-solving ability
Demonstrated experience delivering excellent outcomes using Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies
Comfortable working in an ambiguous setting
Understanding of commercials and pricing
Ability to identify and implement new business opportunities, including account growth and external business development
Visa sponsorship requirements for working in the UK must be disclosed during application
