About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Engage with clients to understand their financial goals, aspirations, and concerns
- Develop comprehensive financial plans including investments, insurance, and retirement
- Recommend and implement insurance strategies to protect clients' assets and income
- Monitor clients' financial plans and provide regular updates
- Adjust financial strategies as clients' circumstances change
- Build and maintain a client network through referrals, community involvement, and professional associations
- Help individuals and businesses achieve financial goals through personalized insurance solutions and financial planning
- Guide individuals and families toward financial security and success
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferred or military equivalent
- Previous experience in sales, financial services, insurance or business development is beneficial but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical thinking
- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients
- Obtain necessary licenses, such as Series 6, 63, and state insurance licenses; training and sponsorship available
- Willingness to obtain the necessary license to perform the role
