About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and maintain product and solution roadmaps aligned with business goals and customer needs
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch
  • Create PRDs, product requirements, and wireframes
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing on GTM strategies, value-gap identification, and competitive pricing evaluation
  • Lead product alignment meetings and manage resulting deliverables, decisions, and cross-departmental dependencies
  • Balance product intuition, design inspiration, market assessment, and data validation
  • Create KPIs and dashboards defining product-line success metrics and present them to stakeholders
  • Become a subject matter expert in FairCom products and competing software alternatives
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and the Chief Architect to gather market insights and evaluate product-line success and pricing models
  • Lead Product Team members supporting market-data collection and technical product communications
  • Facilitate ideation sessions with internal and external subject matter experts
  • Perform other assigned duties

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B Technology or Software Product Management
  • 1+ years of experience in DBMS Product Management
  • Strong track record of successful product strategies and programs with measurable impacts on revenue contribution
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in Product Management, Business, or Computer Science
  • Extremely effective written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with programmers, architects, and C-suite executives
  • Master of Business Administration or other advanced Product Management/Technical education a plus
  • Deep understanding of typical IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, business applications, and databases
  • Experience working with OEMs, ISVs, embedded systems, industrial software, or other product-focused software companies
