Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s Degree in a Psychology-related field (Required)
  • Licensure (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT)
  • Professional treatment experience in a residential facility setting
  • Experience with adolescents preferred but not required
  • Advanced training in trauma therapy models such as Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, NARM, TRE, etc.
  • Proficient documentation skills
  • Experience with EMR systems
  • Must be able to facilitate individual, family, and group therapy
  • Must be able to teach psycho-educational material
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid remote/in-person arrangement
