About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide expert advice and guidance on building, developing, or designing product functionality
- Coordinate product and business owners, engineers, and platform teams to define business needs and assess capabilities, features, data availability, and alternative uses
- Guide implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of existing products
- Support design strategies for new products
- Lead implementation processes for new products
- Identify product improvements and enhancements
- Lead team members through product lifecycle and maintenance activities
- Design data visualizations, technical documentation, and non-technical presentation materials
- Communicate product features, status, and high-impact solutions to business partners
- Align product strategy with business objectives
- Foster continuous improvement and quality excellence
- Partner and coordinate with technology engineering and management teams to support the enterprise model risk governance framework
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4 years of related experience
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Experience translating business requirements into technology implementation
- Experience with application testing (SIT and/or UAT)
- Proficiency in system deployment management software such as JIRA and Git
- Experience with product ownership, product delivery, Agile development, and SDLC
- Curiosity and adaptability in learning and responsibly applying new technologies, including artificial intelligence
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (desired)
- Experience working respectfully and cooperatively with people with different functional expertise
- Experience in governance and compliance, including interpreting policies, evaluating compliance, and enforcing standards and controls
- Ability to engage leadership and key stakeholders to drive consensus and action
- Ability to explain technology solutions and processes in business terms
- Experience with project management or Scrum Master responsibilities
- Business acumen, process improvements, product management, product strategies, project leadership, risk assessments, risk management, stakeholder management, strategic planning, and team leadership
- Education: Bachelor's Level Degree
