  • Apply mathematical models, advanced tools, techniques, and financial industry knowledge to business or financial data and model results
  • Analyze or report on business performance, solve business questions, and inform business decisions
  • Support Capital Markets Finance forecasting and analysis
  • Translate market, portfolio, and business drivers into financial insights and forward-looking expectations
  • Process and analyze large amounts of data using advanced financial engineering tools and techniques
  • Determine customers' intended uses for financial analyses or models
  • Conduct financial analysis and forecasting, including scenario or sensitivity analysis, stress testing, and attribution analysis
  • Support development and analysis of financial forecasts
  • Evaluate market, portfolio, and business assumptions and explain changes in forecasted results
  • Execute models and interpret model results
  • Translate analysis and model results into understandable conclusions for customers
  • Analyze actual and forecasted financial performance, identify key drivers and trends, and communicate insights to Finance and Capital Markets stakeholders
  • Work with model builders to vet new models, suggest changes, and analyze model performance data
  • Perform data and systems analysis, validation, and regression testing

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2 years of relevant experience
  • Curiosity and adaptability in learning and responsibly applying new technologies, including artificial intelligence
  • Bachelor's level degree required
  • Experience in financial analysis, forecasting, financial planning and analysis, capital markets, or a related finance function
  • Knowledge of capital markets products, financial instruments, valuation concepts, or market risk and their impact on financial results
  • Experience analyzing financial results and explaining key forecast, actual, or period-over-period drivers to business partners and senior stakeholders
  • Proficiency with large financial datasets and analytical tools such as Python, SAS, R, SQL, Excel, or similar tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to translate complex financial or quantitative analysis into clear business insights
