About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial reporting, and portfolio reporting
  • Develop portfolio and executive reporting combining financial, operational, initiative, and delivery data
  • Analyze portfolio performance, trends, capacity utilization, Run vs. Change allocations, and initiative performance
  • Identify risks and optimization opportunities
  • Partner with Business Unit CFOs and business and technology stakeholders on enterprise planning, prioritization, and quarterly portfolio reviews
  • Support data governance and reporting improvements by validating data quality across enterprise planning and portfolio management platforms
  • Perform financial data integrity checks and summarize financial, operational, and portfolio data for enterprise reporting and decision-making
  • Conduct strategic research, analysis, and benchmarking to improve enterprise portfolio management, governance, and planning capabilities
  • Source and analyze data for scenario, attribution, what-if, and trend analysis and business driver identification
  • Support executive planning and investment decisions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 2 years of experience analyzing financial, operational, or portfolio data to support business decisions
  • Experience working with large datasets and translating analytical findings into actionable business recommendations
  • Ability to collaborate across Finance, Technology, and Business organizations on cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Curiosity and adaptability in learning and responsibly applying new technologies, including artificial intelligence
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Experience supporting strategic planning, portfolio management, PMO, or enterprise transformation initiatives
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional projects or strategic initiatives, including tracking milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items
  • Experience with enterprise planning, portfolio management, or financial management platforms such as Anaplan, Apptio Targetprocess, Jira, or similar tools
  • Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Experience preparing executive presentations, briefing materials, and business recommendations for senior leadership
  • Proximity within a reasonable commute to the designated office location is preferred unless the job is noted as open to remote
