About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Agentforce, and Salesforce APIs
Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define and implement efficient end-to-end business processes
Apply Salesforce development best practices, including code reusability, bulk-safe coding, and reusable component architecture
Drive bi-weekly release cycles and deliver enhancements and fixes
Maintain and optimize Salesforce implementations for performance, scalability, and security
Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews, technical design sessions, and architectural decisions
Align Salesforce solutions with enterprise architecture and strategic IT goals
Lead code reviews, enforce standards, and ensure security and performance guideline adherence
Manage deployments using CI/CD tools, version control such as GitLab, and Salesforce DX
Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements
Troubleshoot and resolve complex performance, data integrity, and system behavior issues

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Level Degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field (required)
2+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
2+ years as a senior developer
Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Flows, Process Builder, and custom metadata types
Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, and integration patterns, including REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with bi-weekly sprint cycles and CI/CD pipelines
Ability to quickly analyze issues and deliver effective solutions under tight deadlines
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect, or System Architect highly preferred
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience and 3+ years as a senior developer desired
Development experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud desired
5+ years of overall IT experience, with proven leadership in enterprise-level projects desired
