Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's level degree required
  • 2 years of hands-on experience managing large-scale Windows Server environments in AWS and on-premises
  • Curiosity and adaptability in learning and responsibly applying new technologies, including artificial intelligence
  • 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience managing large-scale Windows Server environments in AWS and on-premises desired
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with large-scale Windows environments in on-premises and AWS cloud environments desired
  • Experience supporting mission-critical platforms in a 24x7 on-call production support model
  • AWS and/or Microsoft Windows certifications preferred
  • Experience creating, maintaining, and hardening secure Windows Server gold images/templates according to CIS, STIG, and NIST standards
  • Strong experience with vulnerability management, vulnerability remediation, patch management, security compliance, and cybersecurity coordination
  • Hands-on experience with Puppet for configuration management, infrastructure automation, system provisioning, and configuration compliance enforcement
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft SCCM/MECM for operating system deployment, software distribution, patch management, inventory management, and endpoint configuration
  • Strong experience managing Active Directory, Group Policy Objects, Organizational Units, DNS, DHCP, and enterprise authentication services
  • Deep Windows engineering expertise, including Windows Server architecture, performance tuning, troubleshooting, system hardening, PowerShell automation, and root-cause analysis
  • Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code and automation frameworks
  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale Windows platforms in highly available, regulated, and mission-critical environments
  • Knowledge of Windows security technologies, including Active Directory security, Privileged Access Management, certificate services, endpoint security, and audit/compliance controls
  • Proficiency in Windows Server system administration and Microsoft Windows Server operating systems
  • Skilled in VMware vSphere and VCF
  • Proficiency managing Windows and Linux VMs
  • Skilled in CISCO UCS and DELL VxRAIL platforms
  • Skilled in Infrastructure as Code, PowerShell, Python, and automation technologies
  • Experience administering Active Directory, Group Policy, SCCM/MECM, and Windows patch management solutions
  • Ability to work independently on multiple concurrent tasks in a dynamic environment, with customer service, teamwork, and collaboration skills
