About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Run monthly financial and operational reports using established frameworks, keeping them accurate and on time
- Pull data from databases, spreadsheets, and APIs with SQL and Python to identify trends and answer questions
- Check data quality
- Use AI tools to accelerate analysis and automate repetitive work
- Support ad hoc requests from Finance, Revenue Operations, and partner teams such as HubSpot
- Explain findings in plain English
- Work directly with the Revenue Operations Manager and alongside the Finance team
- Receive coaching and work on hands-on projects with a path toward data analyst or data science work in finance and AI
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Analytics, Statistics, or another quantitative field
- At least one relevant internship
- Intermediate Python and SQL
- Comfort reading code and working with AI to write and debug it
- Genuine interest in finance or wealth management and a clear reason for pursuing a career in it
- Sharp attention to detail and strong integrity with numbers
- Coachable, motivated, and quick to learn
- Early-career experience in finance, fintech, consulting, or analytics is a bonus
- Exposure to AWS or another cloud platform is a bonus
- Background in wealth management or financial services is a bonus
