About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the department’s academic and administrative routines
- Provide student support and respond to internal requests
- Organize academic documents, processes, and tracking controls
- Assist with the execution of operational procedures and workflows
- Ensure deadlines are met and deliverables meet quality standards
- Support and guide students in developing their academic journeys
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Basic knowledge of digital tools and academic systems
- Experience providing student support
- Clear and assertive communication
- Ability to explain content clearly and support students’ development
- Education or Technology background or experience (a plus)
- Completed or ongoing postgraduate studies (a plus)
- Previous experience in academic tutoring activities (a plus)
- Knowledge of academic systems such as the Student Portal (Thessie), CRM, messaging platforms, INOVA, or Moodle (a plus)
- Experience supporting students via chat, video, or email
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Availability to work 40 hours per week
