About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own complex features end-to-end from requirements and technical analysis through development, testing, code review, and deployment
Identify technical debt and refactor weak or unnecessarily complicated code into simpler, cleaner, maintainable code
Improve automated testing, CI/CD, and release processes
Monitor front-end performance, investigate issues, debug problems, and maintain stable, responsive applications
Collaborate with the Architect and senior developers on architecture and solution design
Challenge existing technical approaches and suggest improvements
Participate in code reviews and share knowledge with the team
Help raise technical standards across the front end

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of professional front-end development experience
Experience with Vue.js, Nuxt, TypeScript, and modern CSS, or other modern front-end frameworks with willingness to work with the stated stack
Good understanding of front-end architecture, testing, performance, debugging, and maintainability
Experience taking ownership of complex features
Ability to work independently and make technical decisions
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to adapt quickly and learn fast in a changing environment
Experience with CI/CD and automated testing
Experience with front-end performance monitoring and optimisation
Comfortable working closely with the team in person
Legally authorized to work in Cyprus without requiring visa sponsorship, as indicated in the application form
