About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Strategically identify client needs and develop solutions aligned with business challenges
- Sell fixed-scope projects and professional staffing services
- Actively prospect and develop new business and client accounts
- Lead complex negotiations and consultative sales processes
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients across different industries and organizational levels
- Operate in complex corporate environments and across multiple sectors
- Apply market insight, a sense of urgency, and a results-oriented approach
- Manage conflicts, deliver value to clients, and drive sustainable operational growth
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience as an Account Hunter, in Business Development, or in a sales role at a technology company
- Commercial experience selling professional staffing services and fixed-scope projects
- Experience with active prospecting and new client acquisition
- Experience working across multiple industries, including Retail, Finance, Healthcare, and other sectors
- Experience with complex negotiations and consultative selling
- Knowledge of digital transformation and technology services
- Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management
- Results-oriented profile focused on relationship building and business generation
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education qualification
- Advanced English proficiency (a plus)
