About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and evolve architectures for Generative AI-based solutions
Design, develop, and implement AI agents for different business areas
Create, test, and optimize prompts for a variety of use cases
Develop automation workflows using AI, APIs, and enterprise integrations
Evaluate and select AI models based on technical and business requirements
Build solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI Services
Establish best practices for AI governance, security, privacy, and responsible technology use
Support business teams in identifying AI opportunities and use cases
Participate in proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives, technical validations, and innovation projects
Document architectures, processes, and technical standards
Monitor market trends related to Generative AI, LLMs, and autonomous agents
Transform business needs into scalable, secure, and efficient AI solutions
Connect strategy, technology, and innovation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with Generative Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Models (LLMs)
Knowledge of Prompt Engineering
Experience creating AI agents
Knowledge of software solution architecture
Experience with REST API integrations
Knowledge of Python or another language focused on automation and AI
Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
Experience with Azure or other cloud providers
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Preferred qualifications: experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure OpenAI Service, RAG, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen or similar frameworks, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, AI governance, and Responsible AI
Expected level: Mid-level or Senior
