About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide production support and technical maintenance for .NET systems, ensuring application availability and reliability
Monitor systems and messaging infrastructure, analyzing logs, queues, and metrics to identify and resolve incidents
Perform debugging and technical triage of issues, ensuring defects are fixed and minimizing business impact
Propose and implement continuous improvements to application code, architecture, and monitoring
Support business teams and other technical areas in requirements analysis and clarification of functional questions
Develop and maintain APIs, microservices, and integrations using .NET
Ensure application observability through the use of APM tools, metrics, and centralized logging
Participate in Agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban) and contribute to the complete application lifecycle: development, deployment, monitoring, and support

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong experience with .NET/C# (minimum 3 years)
Experience with relational databases: SQL Server, MySQL, and PostgreSQL
Experience working with microservices and messaging environments: RabbitMQ, Kafka, Azure Service Bus, etc.
Knowledge of application monitoring, log analysis, and observability tools: Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Datadog, Prometheus, Kibana, etc.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Experience with unit testing (TDD) and design patterns
Experience integrating and supporting cloud-based applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP
Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
Knowledge of the financial services industry and banking operations is a plus
Experience with Elasticsearch, GraphQL, and SonarQube is a plus
Previous experience supporting critical, highly available systems is a plus
Intermediate English or Spanish is a plus
