About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform daily comparisons between sales databases sourced from SFTP and API systems (TO)
Monitor sales volume, revenue, coupon counts, and comparisons by store and product
Identify inconsistencies and support the analysis of potential causes of discrepancies
Extract and manipulate database information using SQL queries in Databricks
Consolidate and process data in Excel for analysis and reporting
Prepare and track discrepancy reports and indicator trends
Collaborate with Commercial, Technology, Operations, and other stakeholders to investigate and resolve inconsistencies
Support the documentation of business rules and processes related to the sales flow
Suggest improvements to data validation and monitoring processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Intermediate Excel: Pivot Tables; VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP; SUMIFS; database manipulation and consolidation; filtering and organizing large volumes of data
Basic SQL: SELECT; WHERE; GROUP BY; JOIN; ORDER BY
Experience querying data in Databricks or a similar environment
Basic knowledge of retail, preferably related to sales, fiscal receipts, revenue, products, and store operations
