About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop prototypes and MVPs using generative AI, automation, and integrations
  • Create automated workflows using n8n and API integrations
  • Work with tools such as Claude, Claude Code, Lovable, OpenAI, and similar platforms
  • Develop or enhance solutions using two or more of the following languages and technologies: Node.js, React, PHP, and Python
  • Integrate internal systems, databases, web applications, and AI tools
  • Support the technical design of agents, copilots, assistants, and intelligent workflows
  • Assess the technical feasibility, effort, risks, and architecture of solutions
  • Support security best practices, logging, authentication, and the secure use of data
  • Document solutions and support the evolution of MVPs into production
  • Provide consulting support in mapping As-Is processes and proposing To-Be processes
  • Partner with product and business teams to transform efficiency opportunities into practical solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • More than 5 years of software development experience
  • Experience with AI-accelerated development, including Claude Code, Lovable, GitHub Copilot, or vibe-coding tools
  • Experience creating AI agents
  • Ability to understand the business, assess As-Is processes, and propose value-generating To-Be processes
  • Hands-on experience with n8n for creating automations and integrations
  • Experience creating rapid prototypes and evolving them into functional MVPs
  • Strong knowledge of Node.js, React, and REST API integration
  • Knowledge of Python for automation, scripting, or AI integrations
  • Familiarity with PHP applications
  • Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks
  • Understanding of cloud technologies, Docker, CI/CD, DevOps, or serverless architectures
  • Knowledge of generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI APIs
  • Strong communication skills for working with product, business, and technology teams
  • Self-motivation, autonomy, and a strong focus on delivery
  • Ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences
  • Innovative mindset and ability to take calculated risks
  • Preferred: knowledge of RAG, embeddings, and vector databases
  • Preferred: knowledge of Brazil’s LGPD, data security, and AI governance
  • Preferred: familiarity with the BMAD Method and agent orchestration
  • Preferred: experience in the education and healthcare sectors
  • Preferred: knowledge of TOTVS/RM or Protheus
