About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Actively participate in the design and structuring of new products in direct partnership with the Capital Markets business area
- Develop and maintain the post-trade platform for equities, creating robust integration solutions
- Work in a collaborative and democratic environment, with the autonomy to propose ideas that drive product evolution
- Develop systems using cutting-edge technologies, ensuring technical excellence and alignment with the Clearing organization and Brazil’s equities market
- Contribute to the digital transformation of Latin America’s largest investment bank through scalable solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Solid experience with C# (.NET Core)
- Strong front-end development skills using React
- Practical experience with the Next.js framework
- Knowledge of software development best practices (Clean Code, SOLID)
- Bachelor’s degree completed in Information Technology or a related field
- Knowledge of SQL databases
- Experience with messaging systems (RabbitMQ)
- Experience with distributed caching (Redis)
- Experience with cloud technologies (AWS)
- Experience in the Capital Markets or equities sector
- Strong logical reasoning and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
- Team-oriented mindset and the ability to work in agile, multidisciplinary teams
- Creativity and proactivity in anticipating application use cases
- Strong organizational skills and a focus on conflict resolution
