Key responsibilities & impact

Actively participate in technical refinement sessions
Transform product ideas into detailed, development-ready scopes in Jira
Develop new features following clean code principles
Ensure high test coverage
Instrument code with structured success and error logs integrated with Datadog
Support rapid incident analysis and anomaly detection in production
Conduct code reviews of team members’ pull requests
Ensure the technical quality of the GitHub repository

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong command of the Java and Spring Boot ecosystem for building scalable microservices
Advanced experience creating and consuming RESTful APIs
Knowledge of OAuth2 and JWT
Hands-on experience with Datadog, including telemetry, dashboards, APM/tracing, structured logs, and alerts
Strong command of Git and GitHub, including version control, branching, pull requests, code review, conflict resolution, and Git Flow
Knowledge of relational databases, especially PostgreSQL and Oracle
Knowledge of asynchronous messaging, especially RabbitMQ and Kafka
Deep understanding of the Scrum framework
Ability to conduct technical refinement, analyze user stories, identify dependencies, break down tasks, and estimate effort
Strong command of Jira and Confluence for workflow organization, technical documentation, and traceability
Knowledge of React for occasional development is a plus
