Drive process and analysis automation and optimization
Maintain close relationships with business units and other IT teams across BTG Pactual Group
Ensure high platform availability by creating and enhancing blue/green and canary deployment processes
Develop software using agile methodologies and object-oriented programming and clean code best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience as a technical lead
Hands-on profile
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.)
Experience with .NET (C#)
Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
Knowledge of design patterns
Experience with unit testing (TDD)
Knowledge of Git
Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum)
Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
Knowledge of messaging frameworks (Kafka, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ, etc.)
Ability to write robust, testable, and validated code
Knowledge of high-availability and high-performance applications
