About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop internal products that power business areas
Pair with Product Managers and Engineers to define, plan, execute, and prioritize features
Support the full feature lifecycle from initial design through production monitoring
Ensure high availability and performance
Translate high-level business requirements into scalable technical specifications
Design and implement event-driven architectures and distributed systems
Create and maintain architectural diagrams and system documentation
Act as subject matter expert in .NET (C#), PostgreSQL/SQL Server, and REST APIs
Collaborate with FCamara and client teams across time zones

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of experience building, deploying, and scaling distributed systems and high-traffic web applications
Deep proficiency in .NET (C#)
Mastery of Object-Oriented Programming and Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
Proficiency in relational databases, including optimizing complex queries and managing large-scale data sets
Hands-on experience architecting background processing with Hangfire
Experience with event-driven systems using Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, or Kafka
Experience with automated testing
Experience designing CI/CD pipelines
Professional proficiency in English and Portuguese
Ability to translate complex business requirements into high-performance technical specifications
Necessary documentation for hiring in Portugal or Brazil
