About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and maintain the global Modern Workplace architecture, including workstations, printers, endpoint (device) management, and IT asset management.
Drive the long-term Modern Workplace strategy, oversee the service lifecycle, and ensure the health, performance, and availability of the IT infrastructure.
Support the design and integration of IT solutions, acting as a project manager from idea conception through feasibility assessment.
Define and govern M365 architecture, security, automation, continuous improvement initiatives, and storage solutions.
Manage Level 3 (L3) incidents requiring advanced technical expertise.
Promote the effective adoption of M365 services.
Administer collaboration tools such as SharePoint and Teams, and manage the creation and configuration of sites and user accounts.
Work closely with cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance, resilience, and the continuous evolution of services.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Technical degree in Information Technology (IT) or a related field.
Proven experience with Microsoft 365 (M365), Intune, IAM (Identity and Access Management), and endpoint management environments, preferably with certifications in these areas.
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networking, system hosting, and cybersecurity.
Experience with architecture methodologies and project management.
Advanced English proficiency.
French is a plus.
