About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the full product design lifecycle, from discovery through continuous improvement
- Lead and support user research involving pharmacists, clinical teams, and regulatory stakeholders
- Create and refine user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final interfaces
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, data privacy, accessibility standards, and usability best practices
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, technology, data, QA, and regulatory teams
- Document design decisions and maintain design systems or component libraries
- Support usability testing and validation with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure visual consistency, ease of use, and a strong user experience across complex digital products
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in UX Design for complex digital products
- Experience in UI Design, with a focus on clarity, accessibility, and usability
- Proficiency in design tools, especially Figma
- Experience creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design systems
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Knowledge of information architecture and digital accessibility
- Ability to work with data-driven products and complex workflows
- Experience as a Product Designer working on digital products of moderate to high complexity
- Comfortable working in regulated environments, with a focus on quality, safety, and clarity
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical companies, healthtech, biotech, or other regulated environments
- Experience with clinical systems, e-prescribing platforms, or physician and patient portals
- Knowledge of Brazil’s LGPD and sensitive data privacy requirements
- Experience designing internal systems
- Experience working in agile teams
- Ability to translate regulatory requirements into simple, intuitive digital experiences
- Analytical, strategic, and hands-on mindset, with an interest in projects that have a direct impact on healthcare
