About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the primary link between business needs, customer interests, and the development team
- Maximize the value of the product delivered
- Create, organize, refine, and keep the Product Backlog up to date
- Write clear user stories and objective, detailed acceptance criteria
- Prioritize tasks and features based on ROI, urgency, and business impact
- Align with business, marketing, support, and executive stakeholders
- Participate in Sprint Planning, backlog refinement, Sprint Reviews, and retrospectives
- Ensure that the development team understands delivery objectives and the value expected by the end customer
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in digital product management
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to translate business terms into technical requirements
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make decisions based on product data and metrics
- Organized, proactive, user-focused, empathetic, and results-oriented
