About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Discuss and seek to understand requirements gathering and process mapping, with a focus on automating activities using Python or AI
- Conduct meetings and/or questionnaires and use existing inputs to understand the business and process context
- Coordinate activities with the client's Product Owner (PO)
- Implement RPA automations using low-code platforms, Python, and other languages such as .NET, Java, or scripting languages
- Create test scenarios for automation implementation
- Follow deployment processes for QA and production environments
- Create and keep documentation and validation and acceptance evidence up to date
- Monitor and provide support for robotic processes
- Provide feedback to the project team on adjustments needed in deliverables, with the aim of mitigating or preventing production failures
- Follow monitoring and incident management procedures
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience with robotic process automation platforms such as Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blue Prism, Bot City, and others is preferred
- Experience developing systems using languages such as Python, Java, Microsoft technologies, or others
- Experience with cloud environments, particularly AWS
- Experience using AI to support development is preferred
- Ability to analyze functional and technical requirements
- A curious mindset, with an interest in researching and seeking alternative solutions to problems
- Excellent communication skills
- A team-oriented individual who inspires and motivates colleagues when facing the challenges assigned to the team
