About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop, configure, and enhance automations using Blue Prism
- Analyze processes and identify automation opportunities
- Develop RPA workflows following best practices for architecture, reusability, and maintainability
- Create and maintain Business Objects, Processes, Work Queues, and reusable components in Blue Prism
- Integrate automations with web systems, desktop applications, APIs, databases, and files
- Implement exception handling, logging, retries, and automation recovery mechanisms
- Perform unit and integration testing and support user acceptance testing
- Analyze and resolve incidents related to robots in production
- Monitor executions and support root-cause analysis of failures
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation for automations
- Collaborate with business, architecture, infrastructure, security, and other technology teams
- Participate in refinement sessions and provide technical estimates for automation initiatives
- Work with a major retail-sector client in a large-scale corporate environment
Requirements
What you’ll need- Hands-on experience developing automations using Blue Prism
- Knowledge of Blue Prism’s main components and concepts
- Experience developing and maintaining RPA processes in a corporate environment
- Knowledge of exception handling and process recovery strategies
- Experience with Work Queues and transactional processing
- Knowledge of integrations with web and/or desktop applications
- Knowledge of consuming and integrating with REST APIs
- Database knowledge
- Experience with version control, documentation, and software development best practices
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot automations
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and business teams
- Level: Mid-level
