About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Consultatively map requirements with clinical, operational, and administrative teams, understanding the problem before proposing solutions
Design and build generative AI solutions with Claude Enterprise for real-world use cases
Develop and integrate solutions using Node.js, .NET, and React
Lead end-to-end delivery through the CI/CD pipeline in Azure DevOps, with infrastructure on GCP
Serve as a technical and consultative point of reference for engineering teams and non-technical business stakeholders
Monitor and evolve solutions based on real-world usage by business teams
Develop prototypes and MVPs involving generative AI, automation, and integrations
Integrate internal systems, databases, web applications, and AI tools
Support the technical design of agents, copilots, assistants, and intelligent workflows
Assess the technical feasibility, effort, risks, and architecture of solutions
Support best practices for security, logging, authentication, and the secure use of data
Document solutions and support the evolution of MVPs into production

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong backend development experience with Node.js and/or .NET
Strong frontend development experience with React
At least 7 years of technical experience in full-stack engineering and REST API integrations
Hands-on experience building generative AI solutions in an enterprise context, including Claude Code and Cowork, applied prompt engineering, integrations, agents, and enterprise guardrails
Proficiency in Azure DevOps, including pipelines, releases, boards, and deployment governance
Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for AI application infrastructure, including deployment, storage, and monitoring
Experience with solution architecture and senior-level software engineering best practices
Ability to independently lead initiatives from start to finish
Experience with vibecoding in an enterprise context
Experience creating AI agents
Ability to understand the business, validate As-Is processes, and propose value-generating To-Be processes
Experience creating rapid prototypes and evolving them into functional MVPs
Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks
Knowledge of generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI APIs
Autonomy and a strong delivery focus
Ability to translate technical topics for non-technical audiences
Innovative mindset and the ability to take calculated risks
Excellent communication skills at both executive and operational levels
Preferred: experience in healthcare, hospital, or regulated environments; consultative work with business teams; participation in AI squads or cells; knowledge of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, Brazil’s LGPD, data security, and AI governance
