About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Understand business-area processes, KPIs, and pain points, and identify where an agent can create real value
- Lead discovery with business teams in a product-management capacity: define the problem, target audience, expected outcome, and success criteria
- Help business teams design their agents, including decisions, data, systems accessed, and human involvement
- Build the first end-to-end use cases with business teams on the platform, including integrations and MCP servers when necessary
- Enable business teams to create and evolve their own agents through hands-on sessions, concise content, and ongoing support
- Translate observed gaps, patterns, and opportunities into product insights for the Product Manager
- Monitor agents in production for adoption, impact, response quality, and cost
- Work with AI Engineers and developers on more technically complex builds
- Initially lead a specific end-to-end use case, then guide business teams, scale knowledge sharing, and contribute to the platform’s evolution
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ability to quickly understand how a business operates and communicate with leaders of non-technical teams
- Product mindset, impact-based prioritization, and the ability to assess when an agent is not appropriate
- Strong communication skills to explain, persuade, and teach without relying on technical jargon
- Prior experience delivering AI-focused training and evangelism
- Autonomy to work across teams, ask questions, and navigate ambiguity
- At least 2 years of experience applying AI in businesses and bringing LLM-based solutions into real-world use
- Experience designing and building agents with platforms or frameworks such as LangChain/LangGraph, Vercel AI SDK, OpenAI Agents SDK, Claude Agent SDK, or similar
- Strong command of prompt engineering, tool calling, RAG, and response evaluation
- Experience building or consuming MCP servers (Model Context Protocol)
- 5+ years of software development experience, including code running in production
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript/Node.js
- Knowledge of REST APIs, authentication, and system integration
- Experience in product, consulting, or solutions engineering is a plus
- Experience training or enabling non-technical teams in AI is a plus
- Knowledge of Flutter and/or Ruby is a plus
- Spanish is a plus; fluency in other languages is not required
