About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable mobile applications using React Native and TypeScript
Collaborate with Product Design/UX teams to transform complex interfaces and workflows into intuitive, seamless, and accessible user journeys
Ensure code quality through automated testing (unit, integration, and E2E), code reviews (PR reviews), and test coverage
Monitor production performance metrics (startup time, rendering, memory usage, and crashes) and resolve bottlenecks
Support CI/CD, deployments, versioning, and release pipelines for the App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android)
Promote clean code and architecture standards and support the technical development of mid-level and junior developers on the squad

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong experience with React Native in cross-platform mobile development, working on medium- to large-scale projects
TypeScript, with strict typing in the React ecosystem
State management and caching: Redux Toolkit, Zustand, React Query/TanStack Query, or Context API
Consumption of RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs, secure error handling, authentication (OAuth, JWT), and offline-first/caching strategies
iOS and Android mobile fundamentals: linking native libraries, manifests, permissions, CocoaPods, Gradle, and native dependency conflicts
Automated testing with Jest, React Native Testing Library, and related tools
Clean Architecture, SOLID, Design Patterns, and modular componentization (Design Systems)
Git and collaborative workflows (Gitflow, Trunk-based Development)
Experience in fintech, payment methods, credit, or benefits (preferred)
Mobile CI/CD (Fastlane, GitHub Actions, Bitrise, or similar) (preferred)
Creation and maintenance of Design Systems/shared component libraries (preferred)
Native code (Swift/Kotlin) or native bridges (TurboModules, JSI, Fabric/React Native’s New Architecture) (preferred)
Mobile security (obfuscation, SSL pinning, secure storage, and biometrics) (preferred)
