Actively participate in technical refinement sessions
Transform abstract product ideas into detailed, development-ready scopes in Jira
Develop new features, APIs, and microservices following clean code standards
Ensure high test coverage
Instrument code with structured success and error logs integrated with Datadog
Monitor systems for rapid incident analysis and anomaly detection in production
Conduct code reviews of GitHub pull requests
Ensure the repository’s technical quality

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong command of the Java and Spring Boot ecosystems for building scalable microservices
Advanced experience creating and consuming RESTful APIs
Knowledge of OAuth2 and JWT
Hands-on experience with Datadog, including telemetry, dashboards, APM/tracing, structured logs, and alerts
Advanced proficiency in Git and GitHub, including branching, pull requests, code reviews, conflict resolution, and Git Flow
Knowledge of relational databases, especially PostgreSQL and Oracle
Knowledge of asynchronous messaging, especially RabbitMQ and Kafka
Deep understanding of the Scrum framework
Ability to conduct technical refinement, assess feasibility, identify dependencies, break down tasks, and estimate effort
Proficiency in Jira and Confluence for activity management and technical documentation
Knowledge of React for occasional development work is a plus
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills
