About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and support Information Technology projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring compliance with timelines, scope, budget, and quality standards
Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, risks, dependencies, and milestones
Oversee project portfolio governance by consolidating performance indicators and executive status reports for leadership
Lead follow-up meetings with technical teams, business areas, suppliers, and sponsors
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including plans, meeting minutes, schedules, executive presentations, and management reports
Manage risks, impediments, changes, and action plans
Support the definition of scope, business requirements, and deployment strategies
Monitor suppliers and ensure alignment between business and IT areas
Support user acceptance testing, deployment, hypercare, and project closure processes
Contribute to initiatives aimed at continuously improving the company’s project governance and management methodology

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 7 years of solid experience in IT project management
Experience leading multidisciplinary projects involving business and technology teams
Experience with predictive, Agile, or hybrid methodologies
Experience preparing executive presentations and reporting to management-level stakeholders
Experience managing suppliers and monitoring deliverables
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project, Planner, Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, or equivalent tools
Knowledge of portfolio management, project schedules, risks, costs, and performance indicators
Knowledge of corporate processes and integration between business and IT areas
Knowledge of Protheus ERP, enterprise systems, integrations, and digital transformation projects
Certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, PSM, or equivalent are a plus
Strong analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organization and discipline in managing multiple demands
Proactivity and a strong sense of ownership
Negotiation and conflict management skills
Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Results-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving skills
