About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work as a Senior Product Designer in partnership with a major Latin American investment bank
Design websites and public-facing experiences for the BTG Pactual Group, including more than 30 digital properties
Support leadership in developing and implementing product design strategies, as needed
Serve as a technical reference, mentor junior designers, and contribute to the team’s skills development
Develop innovative and effective user experience solutions, leading highly complex projects with multidisciplinary teams
Ensure deliverables align with business strategy, technical constraints, and design system components
Contribute insights to the development of the design system
Create prototypes, participate in usability testing, and make data-informed decisions
Improve the user experience by defining metrics, identifying behaviors and pain points, and proposing solutions
Lead stakeholder meetings, understand business needs and rules, and clearly present proposed solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Exceptional visual and interface craftsmanship, with strong command of typography, grids, hierarchy, page composition, interaction details, and familiarity with motion
Curated and well-edited portfolio clearly showcasing final outcomes and context in an objective manner
Product and systems thinking
Ability to design scalable solutions across numerous websites and contribute to the evolution of the design system
Use of data and metrics to inform decisions
Autonomy and communication skills to lead projects, align with Product, Technology, and Marketing teams, and advocate for design decisions with stakeholders
Experience with websites and web products is a plus
Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
Motion design and interaction prototyping experience are a plus
Familiarity with coding or tools such as Framer and Webflow is a plus
Intermediate English proficiency is a plus
Figma is essential; Notion, Monday, and data platforms are desirable
