About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work as a Senior Product Designer in partnership with a major Latin American investment bank
Design websites and public-facing experiences for the BTG Pactual group
Work across more than 30 digital properties, including corporate and product websites, simulators, comparison tools, careers pages, events, landing pages, and international operations
Work within a team of four designers in a UX organization of approximately 120 people
Support leadership in developing and implementing product design strategies
Mentor junior designers and contribute to the team’s skills development
Develop user experience solutions and lead highly complex projects with cross-functional teams
Ensure deliverables are aligned with business strategy, technical constraints, and design system components
Contribute insights to the development of the design system
Create prototypes, participate in usability testing, and make data-driven decisions
Define metrics, identify user behaviors and pain points, and propose solutions to improve the user experience
Lead stakeholder meetings, understand business needs and requirements, and clearly present solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Exceptional visual and interface design craft, with strong command of typography, grids, hierarchy, page composition, interaction details, and familiarity with motion
Curated, well-edited portfolio clearly showcasing final outcomes and context in an objective manner
Product and systems thinking
Ability to design scalable solutions across numerous websites and contribute to the evolution of the design system
Use of data and metrics to inform decisions
Autonomy and communication skills to lead projects, align with Product, Technology, and Marketing, and advocate for design decisions with stakeholders
Experience with websites and web products is a plus
Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
Motion and interaction prototyping skills are a plus
Familiarity with code or with Framer and Webflow is a plus
Intermediate English proficiency
Figma is essential
Familiarity with Notion, Monday, and data platforms is desirable
