About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as a Senior Product Designer in partnership with a major investment bank in Latin America
Design websites and public-facing experiences for the BTG Pactual group
Work across more than 30 digital properties, including corporate and product websites, simulators, comparison tools, careers sites, events, landing pages, and international operations
Develop and implement product design strategies, supporting leadership when needed
Serve as a technical reference, mentor junior designers, and contribute to the team’s skills development
Develop innovative user experience solutions for highly complex projects with multidisciplinary teams
Ensure deliverables align with business strategy, technical constraints, and design system components
Contribute insights to the development of the design system
Create prototypes, participate in usability testing, and make data-driven decisions
Define metrics, identify user behaviors and pain points, and propose solutions to improve the user experience
Lead stakeholder meetings, understand business needs and requirements, and present solutions clearly

Requirements

What you’ll need

Exceptional visual and interface design craft, with strong command of typography, grids, hierarchy, page composition, interaction details, and familiarity with motion
Curated, well-edited portfolio clearly demonstrating final outcomes and concise context
Product and systems thinking, with the ability to design scalable solutions and contribute to the evolution of the design system
Ability to use data and metrics to inform decisions
Autonomy and communication skills to lead projects, align with Product, Technology, and Marketing, and advocate for design decisions
Experience with websites and web products is a plus
Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
Motion design and interaction prototyping experience are a plus
Familiarity with code or tools such as Framer and Webflow is a plus
Intermediate English proficiency
Figma required
Notion, Monday, and data platforms are desirable
