About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Understand and refine requirements with the Product Owner, clarifying requirements and outstanding information
Translate business needs into structured, actionable UX/UI briefs
Organize, prioritize, and distribute requests to the UI team
Track activity progress, deadlines, questions, open items, and deliverables
Act as a liaison between the Product Owner, stakeholders, and designers, facilitating alignment and decision-making
Support delivery quality, visual consistency, adherence to the design system, and the user experience
Organize and track the design backlog
Participate in Agile ceremonies and other interactions required for the work
Manage day-to-day activities with autonomy and a proactive approach
Stay up to date on design trends and the use of AI

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in UX/UI and digital products
Hands-on proficiency with Figma and design systems
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Experience organizing backlogs and writing briefs
Strong communication skills with business stakeholders and design teams
Ability to prioritize, stay organized, track deliverables, and work independently
Portfolio featuring digital product and interface projects, required with the application
Experience in the healthcare, dental care, or benefits-plan sector
Experience with backlog management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms
Knowledge of usability heuristics and accessibility
