About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop, configure, and enhance workflows on the Jira platform
- Build dynamic forms for corporate processes using Jira Forms
- Design workflows aligned with ITIL and Agile practices, as well as the client’s internal processes
- Configure business rules, validations, conditions, permissions, and workflow transitions
- Implement automations using Jira Automation
- Develop customizations using ScriptRunner, Groovy, or REST APIs when necessary
- Create integrations between Jira and other corporate platforms
- Translate functional requirements into solutions within the Jira platform
- Support systems teams in digitizing processes
- Ensure standardization across projects and services
- Document technical and functional solutions
- Support user acceptance testing
- Troubleshoot workflow-related issues
- Drive continuous improvement of automated processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience with Jira Administration, Jira Development, or similar platforms
- Hands-on experience building workflows
- Experience implementing digital processes using tools such as Jira
- Experience implementing multilevel approvals, conditional workflows, validations, transition rules, conditional required fields, role-based permissions, and SLAs
- Knowledge of REST APIs, Webhooks, JSON, and integrations using REST APIs
- Groovy and ScriptRunner experience is desirable
- Basic knowledge of SQL queries to support integrations and validations
- Atlassian ACP certification is a plus
- Experience with Low-Code/No-Code platforms is a plus
- Experience with complex automations using Jira Automation is a plus
- A resourceful profile with an interest in researching and finding alternative solutions to problems
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive approach
