About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work with stakeholders and partners to understand and translate business practices and information into meaningful risk reports
- Support and advise on enterprise risk reporting activities, including the Top & Emerging risk program and quarterly risk reports
- Guide business partners through reporting expectations, effective governance, and the roles of the three lines of defence
- Use expertise, research and analysis to advance and enhance FCC’s enterprise risk reporting practices
- Develop and maintain risk reporting processes, methodologies and tools for reporting
- Coach others on how to apply risk reporting processes, methodologies and tools effectively
- Develop clear risk reporting and provide insights and recommendations that influence business decisions
- Produce accurate, concise risk reporting for management committees and the Board of Directors
Requirements
What you’ll need- A degree in economics, business administration or a related field
- At least four years of experience in a risk management environment (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Extensive knowledge of enterprise risk management in areas such as risk reporting
- Experience developing reporting tools
- Experience with industry standards and frameworks
- English required
- Certifications related to risk management, finance or accounting, such as CPA, CRM or CRMP preferred
- Experience in financial services or regulated industries preferred
- Knowledge of corporate insurance and artificial intelligence (internal, external and vendor use) preferred
