About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build new tools and features for Feraset Tools across the frontend and backend
Build agentic workflows on top of internal tools to automate and speed up business processes
Work closely with marketing, content, and other teams to understand their needs
Propose the right solution, including when it differs from the initial request
Take projects from idea to production
Continuously improve tools over time
Own internal tools end to end, from understanding team needs through solution design, full-stack development, and AI-agent integration

Requirements

What you’ll need

1-3 years of hands-on development experience
Hands-on full stack experience on real projects, both frontend and backend
Experience with TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, Express, MongoDB, and GCP; candidates do not need to know all of these but must have built across the stack
Solid understanding of how AI agents work, ideally from having built one; this must be brought to the role
Strong communication skills
Comfortable working in English
Experience with agent SDKs, such as Claude Agent SDK or OpenAI Agents SDK
Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol)
