About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts as the senior point of contact for HR Directors and Benefit Managers
  • Support the commercial team through account renewal processes, identifying expansion opportunities and ensuring long-term partnership stability
  • Transform engagement data into strategic narratives and present quarterly business reviews demonstrating ROI and clinical impact
  • Use business intelligence from reviews to deepen client relationships
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally, collaborating with Product and Clinical teams to influence the roadmap
  • Oversee implementation of complex new clients and align launches with corporate culture
  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues, fostering high performance and operational excellence
  • Collaborate with the Head of Client Services on complex client inquiries and service challenges
  • Lead client webinars and educational sessions, positioning Fertifa as a thought leader in reproductive health
  • Serve as a strategic partner to mid-to-large enterprise clients and link clients with internal product and clinical teams
  • Report to the Head of Client Services

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar relationship-focused role, ideally within B2B SaaS or Benefits
  • Strong understanding of account health metrics, renewal risks, and driving organic growth within a client portfolio
  • Exceptional ability to build relationships with C-suite and senior HR stakeholders
  • Experience delivering white-glove, exceptional service
  • Proficient in using HubSpot and data tools to track account performance and member engagement
  • Experience in employee benefits, private medical insurance (PMI), or the HR-tech landscape is highly advantageous
  • Ability to balance immediate client needs with long-term strategic goals
  • Ability to discuss sensitive health topics such as fertility and menopause with compassion and professionalism
  • High energy and hustle, with ability to navigate a fast-paced early-stage start-up environment
  • Fastidious attention to detail when managing co-branded collateral and client communication plans
  • Open-mindedness to utilizing AI tools to improve efficiency and enhance the client experience
