Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in software development, with a focus on system architecture and design.
Proficiency in multiple programming languages, such as SQL, Java, C#, Python, and JavaScript, as well as relevant frameworks.
Experience with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban.
Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD tools.
Strong understanding of software security and best practices.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of the I4PRO ERP system and its various modules and functionalities.
Knowledge of insurance operations, including Policy Issuance, Finance, Accounting, Reinsurance, and Claims.
Understanding of digital transformation trends in the insurance industry.
Knowledge of compliance and audit practices.
Ability to architect system solutions based on customer needs.
Advanced experience in business strategy and processes, people management, and business operations.
Understanding of information systems, infrastructure, automation resources, and integration.
