Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and requirements, creating detailed plans to ensure successful execution.
Assess business requirements and apply them in practice in a way that is understandable to the business requester and all project stakeholders.
Produce essential artifacts, such as documentation, automated tests, process flows, and status reports.
Ensure that projects comply with applicable regulations.
Manage the execution of IT projects, ensuring delivery to the highest expected quality standards.
Define final quality acceptance criteria.
Provide critical information and analysis to support senior management in making strategic IT-related decisions.
Work collaboratively to ensure successful project delivery and achievement of the ultimate objective.
Actively participate in project and process management, ensuring on-time, high-quality deliverables.
Provide training and support to end users of IT systems.
Remain focused on customer needs and expectations when proposing agile, high-quality, and sustainable technology solutions for the business.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information into terms understandable to technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
Comprehensive technology knowledge, including information systems, software development, networks, databases, and cybersecurity.
Automated testing using leading tools in the market, such as Selenium and Cypress.
Ability to prepare test plans and specifications and execute BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) testing.
Understanding of agile methodologies and software development processes.
Knowledge of business analysis, flowcharting, and project management tools.
Knowledge of insurance market principles and its various lines of business and operational areas.
Knowledge of different types of testing, including regression, exploratory, and functional testing.
Knowledge of insurance ERP systems and their various modules and functionalities.
Knowledge of the I4PRO system.
Understanding of digital transformation trends in the insurance industry.
Knowledge of compliance and auditing practices.
Understanding of information systems, infrastructure, automation resources, and integration.
