About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, maintain, and continuously improve systems by understanding their workflows and business rules
Reproduce issues using real-world cases, identify their root causes, and propose appropriate solutions
Validate changes involving data directly in the SQL Server database
Clarify questions about business rules and expected behavior with the relevant departments
Document completed changes, their results, and any limitations to facilitate project management oversight
Organize code using branches and pull requests, participate in code reviews, and make adjustments based on feedback received

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Hands-on development experience with one or more of the following technologies: C#, Node.js, or React
Experience with SQL Server
Experience with systems architecture
Experience with Azure DevOps and Jira
Experience with Dynamics 365
Analytical mindset
Proactive and self-motivated
Willingness to support and collaborate with the team
Interest in and commitment to continuous learning
Strong organizational skills and commitment to assigned activities
