About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee operations, service, and digital experience for assigned clearing correspondent broker-dealer clients
  • Manage projects, high-level initiatives, and escalations
  • Utilize strategic partnerships across the NF platform
  • Partner with the Relationship Manager to represent an elite service team and Fidelity to correspondent clients
  • Build strong relationships with key client decision makers and identify opportunities to improve satisfaction, quality, and efficiency
  • Educate and train correspondent firms on technological tools and operational standard methodologies
  • Assist clients in using Fidelity’s service model
  • Advocate for correspondent firms with service, processing, product, Risk, Legal, and Compliance organizations
  • Manage pivotal initiatives and projects that improve client satisfaction and operational efficiency
  • Share operational metrics with correspondent clients
  • Represent Fidelity as an operational consultant to correspondent clients

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of brokerage operations and/or service experience
  • Client-facing experience highly preferred
  • Project management experience preferred
  • Business analysis and consulting experience a plus
  • Relevant bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Series 7 license preferred
  • Exceptional interpersonal and client service skills
  • Success developing strong professional relationships
  • Problem-solving and consultative skills
  • Ability to manage execution of initiatives
  • Industry/brokerage knowledge
  • Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship for this position
